Andjela leads the Deal Engine at EQT, with the mission to empower investment professionals with high-end technology solutions and to enrich the deal pipeline with data and insights.

Previously she worked with Startups and Games in Northern Europe at AWS. Prior to this role Andjela managed developers in multiple projects at Netlight in the Nordics, a firm where customers included King, EA, Mojang and more.

Andjela’s tech background goes back 10 years and includes development, mechanical engineering, developer relations, product conceptualization, project management, community management, telemetry, market strat, gtm strat, user experience and consumer insights. She is a former national competitive butterfly stroker, gamer and games media personality frequently featured on TV, Podcasts and magazines.

An avid speaker, Andjela has spoken on 30+ international conferences like SLUSH, WebSummit, Gather, Webbdagarna and had panels/roundtables on E3, Dreamhack and judged multiple startup competitions. She co-founded, developed or operationalized multiple startups including CO-OP, Area08, Nordic Gamer, NiP and Xtrfy.

Andjela holds a double Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management. At Chalmers her focus was mathematics and production optimization as major while working as a games reviewer and establishing IGN Nordic. In later years Andjela has written for Schibsted as well as freelance columns for Plaza Kvinna and Breakit.

Andjela holds several awards for her value-based leadership and has been recognized on numerous talent lists, such as VA Supertalent. In 2020, she was a finalist in the KPMG Nordic Women in Tech Awards, in the category ”Rising Star of the Year”.
